We operate an e-shop on the website www.chezadelle.com.
In the course of selling goods and operating our website, we process certain personal data.

If no further cooperation is established, we will process your personal data for no more than 2 years from our last communication.
- Processing Personal Data for Purchases
When you make a purchase, we will process the personal data necessary to conclude a contract for the supply of goods or services. This includes billing details such as your name, surname, address, phone number, and email.
Why?
To fulfill our contractual obligations, including the delivery of goods, communication regarding your order status, and addressing any inquiries or complaints.We also process your personal data to meet our obligations under applicable laws, such as accounting and taxation requirements.

If you have purchased goods or services from us and have not expressly opted out of receiving marketing communications, we will use your email address to send you marketing messages.

- Email service provider: Microsoft (Outlook).
- Marketing platforms: Google.com, Facebook.com.
